The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford and Eduardo Hinojosa. Vice-Chair
Frank Tompkins II, the Rev. Dr. Raymond Kiser, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, David Longoria, and
the Rev. J. Allen Lowe were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
As there was no quorum,the meeting was adjourned.
