City Hall - 1201 Leopard
The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, Vice-Chair Frank Tompkins II,
• Eduardo Hinojosa, Gloria Perez, and Irma Caballero. The Rev. Dr. Raymond Kiser, the Rev.
Derrick Reaves, and Craig Reynolds were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The July 26, 2000 annual meeting minutes were approved as submitted.
The Commission briefly discussed Commission practices and procedures and possible
changes. Chairman Bradford reviewed background of the Commission for the new members. It
was decided that at the next meeting the Commission will begin a review of the Ethics Ordinance
provisions, having a short presentation on different portions at each meeting.
It was determined to continue the regular monthly meeting schedule.
There was no public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
