The members present were:Chair Garry Bradford, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, and the Rev.
Dr. Raymond Kiser. Vice-Chair Frank Tompkins II, Gloria Perez, Craig Reynolds, Irma
Caballero, and Eduardo Hinojosa were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
Since no quorum was present, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
