The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, the Rev. Dr.
Raymond Kiser, Eduardo Hinojosa, Gloria Perez, and Craig Reynolds. Vice-Chair Frank
Tompkins II had resigned. Irma Caballero was absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The absences of Frank Tompkins, Gloria Perez, Craig Reynolds, Irma Caballero, and
Eduardo Hinojosa at the October 12 meeting were excused..
Discussion of the City Ethics Ordinance, Ethics Commission procedures and practices,
and recommendation of possible changes was postponed.
It was determined not to meet in December because of the holidays and to hold the next
meeting on January 11, 2001.
There was no public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
