MINUTES OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION

The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, the Rev. Dr.
Raymond Kiser, Eduardo Hinojosa, Gloria Perez, and Fred Haley. Vice-Chair Frank Tompkins
II had resigned. Craig Reynolds and Irma Caballero were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was
present.
The absence of Craig Reynolds was excused, as he was in the hospital.
Discussion of the City Ethics Ordinance, Ethics Commission procedures and practices,
and recommendation of possible changes was postponed.
The next meeting was scheduled for February 8.
The Commission's annual report was approved as submitted by the City Attorney.

There was no public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
