The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, the Rev:-Dr.
Raymond Kiser, Eduardo Hinojosa, and Fred Haley. Craig Reynolds, Gloria Perez and Irma
Caballero were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The absence of Craig Reynolds was excused for illness.
The Commission reviewed Subsections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Section 2-311, and Sections
2-329, 2-330(a), 2-342(j), and 2-348 of the Ethics Code. Jimmy Bray was asked to work on
clarifying Subsections 1 and 2 of 2-311.
The next meeting was scheduled for March 8. That meeting will include an agenda item
to elect the new Vice Chair.
There was no public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
