The members present were: Vice=Chair Gloria Perez, Eduardo Hinojosa, Raymond Kiser,
Derrick Reaves, Fred Haley, Herbie Garcia, Jr., and Rick Fredrickson. Chair Garry Bradford and
Member Craig Reynolds were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The Commission approved the minutes of its October 11, 2001 meeting as submitted.
There was discussion of the civil penalty assessed to the Mayor by the Texas Ethics
Commission pursuant to agreement.
The Commission decided not to meet in December and set the next meeting for January
10, 2002 at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
