The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, Vice-Chair Gloria Perez, Eduardo
Hinojosa, Raymond Kiser, and Fred Haley. Members Derrick Reaves, Herbie Garcia, Jr., Rick
Fredrickson, and Craig Reynolds were absent. Assistant City Attorney Doyle Curtis was present.
The Commission approved the minutes of its November 8, 2001 meeting as submitted.
The Commission decided its next meeting would be March 14, 2002.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
