City of Corpus Christi, Texas

ACM Conference Room - 5th Floor
City Hall - 1201 Leopard
The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford,Raymond Kiser, Herbie Garcia, Jr.,
Rick Fredrickson, and Fred Haley. Members Derrick Reaves, Gloria Perez, Eduardo Hinojosa,
and Craig Reynolds were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The Commission approved the minutes of its January 10, 2002 meeting as submitted.
The Commission determined at future meetings to go back to reviewing portions of the
Ethics Ordinance each meeting for about 30 minutes. This will include the boundaries of the
Commission's authority, and the relationship between the City code and State ethics laws.
Jimmy Bray will make presentations. The Commission also discussed reporting requirements
and who complaints can be filed against.
The Commission decided its next meeting would be May 9, 2002.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
