The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, Vice-Chair Gloria Perez, Raymond
Kiser, Craig Reynolds, Herbie Garcia, Jr., and Rick Fredrickson. Members Derrick Reaves,
Eduardo Hinojosa, and Fred Haley were absent. Assistant City Attorney Jay Reining was present.
The Commission approved the minutes of its April 11, 2002 meeting as submitted.
Under the item for review of City Ethics Ordinance, Ethics Commission procedures and
practices, there was no discussion.
The Commission decided its next meeting would be July 24, 2002.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
