The members present were: Chair Gloria Perez, Fred Haley, Rick Fredrickson, and
Michelle Thomas. Craig Reynolds, Eduardo Hinojosa, Derrick Reaves, Raymond Kiser, Herbie
Garcia, Jr. were absent. Acting City Attorney R. Jay Reining was present.
Due to lack of a quorum,meeting adjourned.
