The members present were: Chair Gloria Perez, Robert Corrigan, James Cramer, Joe
Guzman, Fred Haley, Derrick Reaves and Craig Reynolds. Acting City Attorney R. Jay
Reining and Assistant City Attorney Lisa Aguilar were present.
The Commission approved the minutes of October 8, 2003 meeting.
The Commission reviewed annual ethics report filings.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
