MINUTES OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION
City of Corpus Christi, Texas
5:30 p.m., February 12, 2004
ACM Conference Room — 5th Floor
City Hall — 1201 Leopard
The members present were: Chair Gloria Perez, Fred Haley, James Cramer, Harlan
Heitkamp, and Rick Fredrickson City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer and Assistant City
Attorney Lisa Aguilar were present.
The Commission approved the minutes of the November 13, 2003 meeting.
The Commission asked for update on issues raised regarding some of the annual
financial reports reviewed during the November 13, 2003 meeting.
The Commission reviewed semi-annual campaign finance reports of city council
candidates and officeholders. The Commission requested additional information to
assist in their review of the campaign finance reports, with the reports to be re-reviewed
at the next meeting.
Staff discussed including new agenda item, "Recommendations from Commission and
City Staff for future agenda items" on all agendas.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
