MINUTES OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION
City of Corpus Christi, Texas
5:30 p.m., March 11, 2004
ACM Conference Room — 5th Floor
City Hall — 1201 Leopard
The members present were: Chair Gloria Perez, James Cramer, Joe Guzman, Fred
Haley and Harlan Heitkamp. City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer and Assistant City
Attorney Lisa Aguilar were present.
The Commission approved the minutes of the February 12, 2004 meeting.
Staff reviewed State guidelines for campaign finance reports.
Staff informed the Commission of updated financial disclosure reports.
There was discussion regarding future agenda items.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
