The members present were: James R. Cramer, Linda Figueroa, Mike Carranco, John E. de Montel and Joe Guzman. Excused absences were previously given to Harlan Heitkamp, Rick Marcantonio and Robert N. Corrigan. The members absent were: Nick Adame. City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer was present. The Commissioners reviewed the minutes from the December 14, 2006 meeting. Mr. Carranco amended the minutes to reflect that he had been provided the Open Records .a e, instead of the Open Meetings Tape to take home and view. Mr. Guzman made a motion to approve the minutes as amended and Ms. Figueroa seconded the motion. The motion to approve the minutes of December 14, 2006, passed unanimously. The Commissioners reviewed 23 Reports of Financial Information filed by City Council Candidates. • Chairperson Cramer suggested that future agenda items contain the following item: "Review of Publications and discussions of stories related to Ethics Commissions and their activities". The members agreed that it would be beneficial to discuss current events relating to ethics. City Attorney Fischer advised the Commissioners that future agendas would include this item. There was no public comment made at this meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m. `James /R. Cramer Chairperson SCANNED
