At 5:32 p.m., the meeting was called to Order by Chairperson Cramer and roll-call-was.
taken.
The members present were: James R. Cramer, Mike Carranco, Joe Guzman, Harlan
Heitkamp and Rick Marcantonio.
City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer was present.
Robert Corrigan joined the meeting shortly after the roll call was taken. Linda Figueroa
joined the meeting at approximately 5:50 p.m.
Excused absences were previously requested by John E. de Montel.
The members absent were: Nick Adame.
The Commissioners reviewed the minutes from the March 8, 2007 meeting. The
members unanimously approved the the minutes of March 8, 2007.
The Commissioners reviewed 42 Candidate/Officeholder Campaign Finance Reports.
Chairperson Cramerprovided copies of two newspaper articles that he brought that
discussed actions of the Texas Ethics Commission. It was decided that due to various
commitments of the members this evening that discussion of the articles will be
conducted at the next meeting.
There was no public comment made at this meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
