At 5:37 p.m., the meeting was called to Order by Chairperson Cramer and roll call was
taken.
The members present were: James R. Cramer, Harlan Heitkamp, Robert N. Corrigan ,
Rick Marcantonio, Dr. Nicholas Adame, John de Montel and Linda Figueroa.
City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer was present.
An excused absence was previously requested by Mike Carranco and Joe Guzman.
Mr. Corrigan returned the Open Meetings Video and turned in his Certificate of Course
Completion.
The Commissioners reviewed the minutes from the May 10, 2007 meeting. The
members unanimously approved the minutes of May 10, 2007.
The Commissioners reviewed 18 Supplemental Reports of Financial Information.
Chairperson Cramer shared contents of a newspaper article entitled "Ethics/Lobbying
Rules" relating to Congress' acceptance of gifts.
City Attorney Fischer discussed various examples of Ethics Ordinance questions that
arise regarding City employees.
There was no public comment made at this meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
