MINUTES OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION

City of Corpus Christi, Texas
5:30 p.m., March 12, 2009 CRY SECRETARY'S OFFICE
ACM Conference Room — 5th Floor
City Hall — 1201 Leopard
At 5:50 p.m., a quorum was present and the meeting was called to Order by
Chairperson Cramer.
Roll call was taken and the members present were: James R. Cramer, Randall Barrera,
Rebecca Esparza, Harlan Heitkamp and Rick Marcantonio. Linda Figueroa arrived a
short time later.
Excused absences were requested by Laura Hebert, Robert N. Corrigan and Joseph
Guzman. .
City Attorney Mary Kay Fischer was present.
The Commissioners reviewed the minutes from the March 12, 2009 meeting and the
minutes were approved unanimously.
The Ethics Commission members reviewed Campaign Finance Reports filed with the
City Secretary on or before March 5, 2009.
The Commission members then approved the dissemination of the Ethics Commissions'
Report on Campaign Contributions and Expenditures for Each Candidate, pursuant to
Section 2-326 (5), Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi.
No speakers were present to request to address the Ethics Commission during the
public comment period.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
