MINUTES OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING SEP 15 2009
City of Corpus Christi, Texas
5:30 p.m. August 13, 2009 CITY SECRETARY'S OFFICE
Legal Conference Room—5th Floor
City Hall— 1201 Leopard
At 5:30 p.m., a quorum was present and the meeting was called to Order by Chairperson
James R. Cramer.
Roll call was taken and the members present were: James R. Cramer, Robert N.Corrigan,
Bill Strawn, Harlan Heitkamp, Rick Marcantonio and Linda Figueroa.
Excused absences were requested by Laura Hebert and Joe Guzman.
Assistant City Attorney Lisa Aguilar was present.
The Commissioners reviewed the minutes from the July 23, 2009 meeting and the
minutes were approved unanimously.
The Commission reviewed Candidate/Officeholder Campaign Finance Reports.
The Commission reviewed and unanimously approved the Report listing all campaign
contributions and expenditures for each candidate.
The Commission reviewed the Supplemental Reports of Financial Information.
The Ethics Commissioners discussed the manner in which their recommendations would
be presented to the City Council. The Chairperson would lead off the presentation, and
the other members would respond to Council questions.
No one was present from the public for public comment.
The meeting w as adjourned at 6:20 p.m.C,
