The members present were: Chair Augustin Rivera, Jr.,Vice-Chair Garry Bradford,
Steven Fieldcamp, Frank Tompkins II, Eduardo Hinojosa, David Longoria, and Cecil Henry.
The Rev. J. Allen Lowe was absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The May 13 and August 12, 1999 minutes were approved as submitted.
The Commission decided that the present meeting schedule should be continued, with the
next meeting on November 11.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
