Pollakis called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m. Pollakis asked for acceptance of the minutes.

stated Cantu that City r etary's office had informed her that there were no applicants for
membership to the committee. City Secretary's office has informed the committee t
there t be three applicants before the Council its a member to the committee.
stated also is still waiting for a'biography for Mr. Anthony Hernandez. Mrs.
Pollakis if r could submit a letter of recommendation .
Mrs. Pollakis asked for assistance with verbiage for the f
recommendation.
