Members in attendance: Lisa Pollak is-Chair, Manuel Ortega, Bobby Boyle
Staff Liaison: Tracey Cantu
Pollakis called the meeting to order at 1:43 p.m. Pollakis asked for acceptance of the minutes.
Mr,, Boyle moved to accept, with a second from Mr.Ortega.
Cantu gave the Manager's report. Cantu reported that the department is now fully staffed. She
also discussed about the current fees for permits. She stated that she will be acquiring
information from other cities to see how they determine how to implement the fees. The
activity report was reviewed with no questions or her discussion.
A general discussion was held out board vacancies. Cantu suggested that each member try
to recruit or recommend someone to fill the vacancies.
Pollakis brought up the topic about offering online food handier classes. Cantu stated that the
idea had been brought up and may be something to consider in the near future. Mrs. Pollakis.

With no further discussion, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting
