The City and County Food Establishments annual Health Permits are at 99%collected® Pool permit
payments are 107 %collected.
The Department of Labor Apprenticeship Innovation rant Program, the director decided not to
participate ue to the Health Department transitioning,therefore,we will not participate. Negotiations

The Bill 582C was passed on May 22nd. it was introduced on Februaryof 2015. The Food Handier License
course with the logo "ANSI" with the license number on it is a National Widea rove certificate, We

Bill Uhlarik is the new Health e a en ,Asst. Director. He took the place of our previous Asst.
Director,Aurora Pariamas.
Mr. Prado completed esi ated Representative training in San Antonio,state exam tested and on May
22, 2015 passed the exam.
Presently the INFOR Training is verifying and goingover drafts, design work for division. Itshould o live
n October 19, 2015,on the software. We are changing from PeopleSoft to I F R to do inspections off
the Galaxy Tablet,with ars electronic si nature at the time of inspection.
Problematic Restaurants are Taqueria Tapatia,Old Steakhouse, Little Caesars, and Los Altos Restaurant.
The Food Service Advisory Committee making recommendationto City Council on a Mr. Brian Carson and
Mr. George Brown Bios have been reviewed y committee. The committee verbally voted for Vice
Chairman, Mr. Anthony Hernandezo replace Chair, Lisa Pollakis.
