Summary of Minutes for January 8, 2015
1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice-Chairperson Kramer called the meeting to order at 5:07 p.m.

MOTION Carlos Aguinaga, Merced Pena and Jaimee Contreras for the 1/8/15 regular monthly

meeting.

Mr. Allsup provided and presented a PowerPoint presentation to Commissioners.

A. Housing Subcommittee - Update
No update.
B. Committee for Persons with Disabilities - Update
Chairperson Ramos reported on the Committee for Persons with Disabilities
1/7/15 regular monthly meeting.
C. Education Subcommittee - Update
No update. Mrs. Wilson stated she would like to schedule a meeting for later this
month (January 2015).
D. Disparity Subcommittee - No Update
E. 50th Anniversary Subcommittee - No Update

7. HUMAN RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT
Sylvia Wilson stated she will now be reporting on a calendar year format vs. the
City's fiscal year format, since the City's fiscal year changed in 2014. Mrs. Wilson
stated her current report will provide all of the information of 2014, as a yearend
report. Mrs. Wilson the reviewed the Human Relations report with the
Commissioners and explained the changes as they were discussed.
