The Landmark Commission approved forwarding the recommendation of Sean Thornson to be
appointed by City Council to fill the vacancy. Mr. Thornson's appointment will also fill the
competency of title searcher; which will satisfy all CLG requirements.
The Landmark Commission approved the proposed " Guidelines & Criteria" for Granting Tax
Abatements for Historically Significant Structures as presented by Michael Culbertson, Corpus
Christi Economic Development Center, at the October 27, 2011 Meeting.
