I. Call to Order/Roll Call
A quorum was established.
II. Absences:
• None
III. Approval of Minutes:
• October 22, 2015 Meeting
A motion to approve the minutes of the October 22, 2015 meeting was made by
Commissioner Olson and seconded by Commissioner Dees. The motion passed.
• May 26, 2016 Meeting
A motion to approve the minutes of the May 26, 2016 meeting was made by Commissioner
Charba and seconded by Commissioner Thompson. The motion passed.
IV. Discussion and Possible Action:
• Presentation: Old Bayview Cemetery by Karen Howden
Karen Howden presented a history and current projects regarding Old Bayview Cemetery to
the Commission. Topics of her presentation included the following:
o History/Founding of Old Bayview Cemetery
o Maintenance of Markers
o Site Maintenance/Lighting
o Grans Received and Potential Opportunities

V. Items to be scheduled on the next agenda
None.
VI. Public comment from the audience on matters not scheduled will be heard at the end of the
commission meeting.
No one came forward to address the Commission during public comment.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
