Meeting Minutes
Call to order at 3:35 p.m.by Patrica O'Brien,Chairperson. Roll call was conducted by Peggy Lewis.New members were introduced:
Pamela Greene,Melanie Munoz,Sarita Savilde.

A. February 7,2019-tabled
III. New business and Possible Action Patricia O'Brian,Chairperson
A. Review of Biographical Form(s)to fill Vacancies—Discussion held as to remaining vacancies and recruitment of new
members.
B. Presentation:Harbor Bridge Project Update—tabled item for April meeting
IV. Old Business
A. None
V. LCSS Subcommittee Reports Patricia O'Brian,Chairperson
A. Special Events- Ginger Bryant reported on upcoming March events.
B. Program Evaluation—John Melheeb provided an overview of Comment Card report.Issue reported at one site was the
raising of the flag at the site,or lack of,by staff or volunteers.Menu items listed as concerns were a new salty entree
and frozen bread served at one site.Staff will research and take corrective measures if needed.
C. Program Operations—no report.
D. Fund Development—This committee will be incorporated as part of Program Operations Committee and plan for the
year.

A. Superintendent's Report&Elderly Nutrition Program Lisa Oliver,Superintendent
