Staff Present:Peter M.Davidson.Marina Superintendent;Victoria Powell,Management Aide
Call to Order.Chairman Broomfield called the regular meeting of the Marina Advisory Committee to order at 5:35 p.m.
Action on Minutes:The motion was made by Mr.Paulison and seconded by Ms.Lee to approve the minutes of the 11/03/14
Regular Meeting as presented;the motion passed unanimously.
Presentations and/or Public Comment:none
Discussion Items and Possible Action Thereto:DMD Update. Mr.Davidson introduced Casey Lain—Chairman of
Downtown Management District and Terry Sweeney-Executive Director.Mr.Lain passed out 3 year strategic plan for
downtown area,discussed goals and new promotion'Dine,Shop and Stay'.Committee Retreat:Mr.Broomfield confirmed
retreat Por January 10.2015 at 9:45am at Joe's Crab Shack.
Committee/Staff Reports:none
Director's Report:Mr. Davidson gave update to R-pier with preconstruction meeting January Ie;will have new update by
nag meeting and will hopefully be underway by that time. Mr. Davidson also commented on and/or answered questions
regarding: Marina revenue/expenditures and occupancy. Mr. Davidson advised that new boat lift will go for City Council
approval mid-January and will take three months to construct.Mr.Davidson also thanked Sharon Emerson on her preparation
of the Harbor Lights Boat Parade and Mona Baen with her participation.
