Call to Order.Chairman Broomfield called the regular meeting of the Marina Advisory Committee to order at 5:35 p.m.
Action on Minates: The motion was!Wade by Mr. Paulison and seconded by Mr.McDowell to approve the minutes of the
03102!15 Regular Meeting as presented;the motion passed unanimously.

Dbrcasslon Items and Possible Action Thereto:Marina Distriel_$Qlc3: Ms.Emerson was unable to attend;Mr.
Broomfield advised this has been delayed due to retainer of 53,000 for John Bell in order to assist with creating 501e3.
Mr.Broomfield states they were supposed to receive packet,at this time they have not
received.Mt;.Gutlerrez advised they have received notes and will follow up for fiuther information.Pmoosed Marina
Boundedwe Mr.Broomfield discussed the outlines provided with the agenda an the I958 version in comparison to the
boundaries for 20I5.Mr.Paulison made motion to endorse now definition of marina and was seconded by Ms.Lee;the
motion passed unanimously.bhft WM Boat Yard and Building;Mr.Broomfield stated Marina administration would like
for current building to be cora down to make larger for new crane,in doing this would also like to have Marina office moved
into 2m4 floor in building and possibly restaurant on 3's floor.Mr.Paulison expressed concerns with parking and access to
have boat yard and office relocated.Mr.Garza advised on issues that would prohibit boat yard from moving Into a different
location.Mr.Broomfield suggested a committee be created and asked Mr.Paulsson and Mr.McDowell to be involved;bath
Mr.Brownfield discussed issues with Shoreline preventing
parking for events,asking for road to be opened back up for traffic.Mr.Broomfield also advised that fuel woks having
issues leaving L4sead to cone back onto Shoreline,claiming dangerous.Mr.Gana discussed safety concerns with
pedestrians while exiting the L-head Mr.Paulison is requesting to meet with Engineering for Shoreline plans to discuss
issues.Mr.Paulison also stated at previous City Council meeting Shoreline barricades were discussed and were advised they
were removable to utilize area for parking at fugue events.

Director's Report Mr. Garza and Ms. Gutierrez commented on andfor answered questions regarding: Marina
tevenudexpanditures and occupancy.Mr.Garza also discussed progress with the new pier project and answered questions for
Mr.Bratten with relocating CC Sail Away.
Identify Items to be placed on Next Agenda: Request for Engineering to discuss Shoreline plans
Confirmation for Next Meeting Is: Monday,May 4,2015.
Adjournment: As there was no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 610 p.m.
