Call to Order.Chairman Smomtield callus the regular meeting of the Marina Advisory Committee to order at 5:30 p.m.
Action on Minutes: 'rhe mutton %%ax made by Mr. McDowell and seconded by Ms. Ememin to approve the minutes of the 09/14/15
special called meeting and 10/05/15 regufnr meeting:Ilia motion passed unanimously.
Presentations and/or Public Comment:David lienal and Terry Bernal.ot'Corpus C'hrist'i.%vzoitud to address the board about concerns
with shrimpers and being removed from the Marina.
Discussion Items and Possible Action Thereto:New Pier Ribbon Cutting Cevemonv:Ms.Emerson advised LNF to donate
beverages,however needs an updated date.Mr.Davidson advised that needs to be done prior to November 23'd or wait until Spring
due to weather.Ms.Emerson and Mr.Poulison agreed needs to wait until Spring.Marina 5010 Mr.Broomfield gave background
on previous 501 c3 that was associates)with the Marina Advisory Committee.Mr.Broomfield suggested to establish a name with a
url,and found'CC Marina District'.Mr.Paulison moved to submit paperwork with'Friends of the Corpus Christi Marine District'
and was seconded by Ms.Emerson.Mr.Broomfield stressed his concerns that having the'Friends or with the name will draw
unnecessary IRS attention.Mr.Paulsson then withdrew his motion and requested to table item until board obtains more
information.Mr.Davidson advised board that he has been working Willi Ms.Emerson and agrees that adding'Friends of to help
with fundraising.Mr.Davidson states that fundraising letter created by NIL Emerson has'Friends of to assist with donation.Ms.
Baan stated that CC Marina District does not seem as a 501 c3,sounds mora like it city entity.Mr.Paulison made a motion to table
this item until the next meeting and Mr.McDowell seconded.RTA Ferryy UpdaldHOT Tar:Mr.Broomfield advised that he and
Mr.Davidson spoke at RTA meeting as well as CVB meeting asking to keep and support the Harbor Ferry.Mr.Broomfield asked
if anyone is aware if they qualify for HOT tax,however Mr.Poulison does not believe they qualify.Mr.Davidson advised at next
RTA meeting they will discuss new budget and was told funding is available to continue with Ferry and is suggesting Marina
Advisory Committee to speak about supporting Ferry.Mr.Davidson advised ridership figures%vete:2011-52,951;2012-86,686;
2103-96,192,.2014-84,266;2015-76,540.Mtorina RFP undalc Mr.Davidson advised flint two RFP for restaurant and fueUstore is
with City Attorney's Office until mid-November and is in tate process of being completed.Undate on Marina Office:Mr.Davidson
advised that the RTA,CVB and DMD that were interested with the llghtbousu have decided against it now being flint Ilia RTA has
now built a new building. Mr.Davidson claims the only other way would be to occupy the boat yard building however will cost
585,000 to just repair.Mr.Davidson had a new building suggested in the Marina business plan however was removed so now at a
stand still.At this time the City has prevented any finum development in the Marina until the water line mains have been updated.
Undate H •Mr.Davidson advised that the project should be completed in two weeks.At this time
they are drilling 4011 underground from Coopers Alley L-head to Lawrence St T-head by the flag pole,then from Lawrence Sl T-
head to People St T-head.

Director's Report:Mr.Davidson commented on nndiur ons%%tiKed questions regarding:Marina revenuelexpeardilures and occupancy.Mr.
Davidson advised that R-pier has now opened.will just need to put up a little more signage and cumplcic the mange pump out.
Identify Items to be placed on Next Agenda:Mr.Paulison suggested item for I-annern Market rn,rving into Art Center purling arca
and is wanting an update on the overall plan for Shoreline completion.
