I. CALL TO ORDER— Kimberly Cook called meeting to order at 12:11 pm.
II. ROLL CALL—Kimberly Cook conducted roll and quorum was announced.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES—September 15, 2016 1st Stephen McMains, 2"d Jacque Hamilton

V. BUSINESS FOR DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION
a) Healthy Business Partner Program—Review applicants
• Brinca! Was the only applicant we had. They reapplied due to new management.
Application will be resent to subcommittee to review and bring back a recommendation
in November.
b) Sub-Committee Assignments/ Meeting Dates
• Wait until December retreat
c) Revisit Annual Plan
• Given to subcommittee to update
d) Dates for December Workshop for Goal Setting
• December 15th from 12—4pm at City Hall, 3rd Floor Smartboard Conference Room

a) Programs and Events—Kites & Bikes -snapchat promotion maybe through the CVB
b) Finance & Marketing —CCISD Grant Report— Richard not present for report
