III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from November 2016— 15t, Misty Kesterson, 2"d, Victor Betancourt
IV. Public Comment— Elizabeth Valdes and Renatta Rivas with the Food Bank wanted to sit in on
the meeting to see if they would like to join the council.

a) It's Time Texas Community Challenge Roll Out—
• Partnership with Harbor Bridge Walk
b) 2017 Goal Setting— reviewed grid and completed it if they had not turned one in yet, made
some changes and they were updated
