1. Recruitment for At-Large Position—several members stated they knew someone who might be
interested,they were going to pass on info on how to apply
2. 2017 Goals and Action Plan
a. Establish Subcommittees—lead need to meet and put together action plans and bring to
the next meeting

• It's Time Texas Community Challenge Update—4t" place,going to see if we can get last year's
numbers
