I. CALL TO ORDER— 12:19 pm by Kimberly Cook
II. ROLL CALL—Clayton Garland conducted roll call and quorum was announced.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from Januray 18th, 2018 & Febuary 15th, 2018 Meeting— 15t,
Jacqueline Hamilton , 2nd, Victor Betancourt , all in favor
IV. Public Comment—
N/A
V. BUSINESS FOR DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION
1. Discuss Letter of Invitation- Finalized, need to post it on all social media outlets.
2. Discuss Budget and Goals-Tabled until next month's meeting, did not have Access to Budget
amount.
3. Big Project- Discussed the possibility of drinking fountains, portable restrooms and planting
trees.
VI. STAFF LIAISON'S REPORT
1. Informed Mayor's Fitness Council of Donna McClure, the City Wellness Coordinator. Discussed
big project location suggestions from Park Operations Super Intendent. Park locations included
Bill Witt Trail Head, Bear Creek Trail Head, Yorktown Trail Head and Schannen Ditch Trail.
VII. IDENTIFY ITEMS TO BE PLACED ON THE NEXT AGENDA-
1. Discuss- Budget and Goals
2. Discuss purchase of Big Project- Use Google Earth to look at possible locations.
3. Discuss different grant opportunities
