III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from March 151", 2018 Meeting- 1s', Stephen McMains . 2d

IV. BUSINESS FOR DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION
1. Discuss Budget and Goals- Discussed the total budget
2. Big Project- discussed big project using google earth, looked at water fountains at Yorktown
and Bill Witt trail heads. Looked at possible park improvement for Lincoln, Dilworth &
Breckenridge.
3. Discussed new grant opportunities such as Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) that
could help with Big Projects
V. STAFF LIAISON'S REPORT
1. Discussed different Media outlets, (Snapchat and Instagram)
2. Update on New Healthy Business Partners( No new Healthy Business Partners)
VI. IDENTIFY ITEMS TO BE PLACED ON THE NEXT AGENDA-
1. Results from 2017 Bike & Kites festival to be presented and discussed.
2. Review goals and objectives.
3. Selecting Big Project
