Gene-issue was due to condensate disposal. Allow installation of dry wells in the right type qf soil. The efty generally
does not allow because of the,public.health issuelconcern. In unusual circumstances the dr.y wells are allowal, If'
allowed, standards need to be determined, grey water recovery

Gene-locking caps in 201212015 Code have mcOffied locking c-qpy. Not required if'cqu�pment is in a secure area. No
action taken at this time, more discussion needed.
VI. Presentation and discussion of the significant changes to the 2012 International Plumbing Code,2012 International
Mechanical Code and 2012 International Fuel Code.
2015, not 2012 were presented'in a Power point presentalion,conducted, no discussion and no action taken.
VII. Building Official's Report
A. Department Updates: None.
B. Permit recap: June 2015 residential numbers 97 homes, 19 condos,total of°11 a5 buddings=new construction.
We are steady and right on track roughlyfirom where we were last year in 2014, 292 remodels, roughly. 9
new mobiles homes and 15 demolitions, 537pernifts issued, t)pically 1000 permits are issued a month. 40
million dollars of total evaluation in June 20 5. Volume is steady,platting is steae4a. Winter tinleftaine is
slower thanspring and summer. Thehospil I will be a huge contributor ofgrowth and money in the
community once building starts.Numbers do t show prqjec,,ty that receive economic assistance from the City
such as the(.7osmolvlitan andSchlitterbahn.
