Roll Calk Present Kenneth Mikeman, Jr., Jared Merdes, David Wallace, Mike Wanzer, Ronald Klepac, Carl Suding (arrived after roll call), Mike Dildy, and Maverick C. Volesky, Jr. Absent Clinton Bailey Staff. Gene Delauro, Criselda Aguirre, James Pendleton, and Sherman Edgington Ill. Approval of Absences: February 11, 2016 - Regular Meeting Jared Merdes and David Wallace Motion to approve absences made by R. Klepac and seconded by M. Volesky, Jr. IV. Approval of Minutes: February 11, 2016- Regular Meeting Motion to approve minutes made by M. Dildy and seconded by D. Wallace.All in favor. V. Discussion and Possible Action on ABS or PVC Solid, Cellular Core or Composite Wall Pipe Building Official, Gene Delauro, gave staff's presentation on it number 5. Guest speaker, or Supply representative, gave a demonstration off difference between the piping. The new 2015 Energy Code, will be implemented effective September 1, 2016. VII. Building Official's Report A. Department Updates Sherman Edgington, new inspector There are about 15,000 Delinquencies in Backilow testing. Solution, we need more staff to test, track, and follow up on these delinquencies. B.
