Due to conflicts in schedule a recording secretary was not available. Although set up, the recorder did not capture a recording. The meeting did take place. City staff present include: David Lewis,Doug Maples,and Yvette Aguilar. Mr.Lewis advised that all members,except Mr.Montgomery,Mr.Vasquez,and Mr.Riley,were in attendance. Mr. Lewis also advised that the board and staff reviewed items outlined on the agenda, but no action or recommendations were submitted by the.board. I. Call to Order IL Roll Call III. Public Comments Board members may not deliberate or make a decision on any matter presented at this time. The Open Meetings Act limits Board response to only two options: 1)a statement of specific factual information given in response to an inquiry;or 2)a recitation of existing policy in response to the inquiry.
