Ralph Pitzer,Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:30p.m. The first Item was the approval and
correction of the minutes for February 11, 1999 and board members absences. Mr. O'Bryan,asked to be
excused, he was out on a business trip. Mr. Pitzer asked to be excused due to a business trip. Mr. Flores
added a correction to the minutes to reflect that he was present for the meeting of February 11, 1999. Mr.
Johnson made a motion to approve the minutes and excuse the absences. Mr.Scarpulla seconded the
motion.
The next item of business was the Building Official's Report. Mr.Sosa stated that the Telephony
Software upgrade is on hold for the moment. Mr.Sosa discussed the software and discussed the access of
the B.I.S. system by the field inspectors. Mr.Sosa notified the board that the Building Code had been
postponed until April was due to revisions requested by the Builders Association.
The next Item of business was the discussion of Pending and/or Old Business Lelland discussed the
special "Cook Top Ventahoods"and stated that each situation would be assessed on a one-on-one basis.
The Next Item of business was the receipt of petitions from the audience. There were no petitions
from the audience.
Mr.O'Bryan made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr.Flores seconded the motion. Meeting
adjoumed at 2:30p.m.
