Ralph Pitzer,Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:00p.m. The first item of business was roll call.
Abey Flores,Scott Corliss,Tony De La Rosa,were absent. The next item of business was the approval and
correction of the minutes for April 8, 1999. Motion passed unanimously.
The next item of business was the Building Official's Report. Lelland Kirbow stated that the Building
Code was going to be submitted to the City Council on May 28, 1999. Ralph Pitzer asked about the status on
the city code amendments. Lelland stated that at this time he did not have a date for the local amendments to
be distributed, but he did say that the Building Code would be in effect in July 1999.
The next item of business was the discussion of Pending and/or Old Business. There were no
discussions.
The next item of business was the receipt of petitions from the audience. There were no petitions from
the audience.
Ronald Klepac made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Bud O'Bryan seconded the motion. Meeting
adjourned at 2:30p.m.
