December G, 2012 CITY SECRETARY'S 0
The meeting was called to order at 3:01 pm by Neomi Ramirez, RSVP Program Director.
A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call:
Roll call was conducted and members present were Dale Berry, Mary Helen Salazar,
Abel Sanchez and Anne Bauman. Committee member not present was Maggie Ramsey.
Approval of Minutes: No minutes to approve no Quorum in November
New Business: Neomi Ramirez informed the committee RSVP is hosting a holiday
dinner and dance on December 13 at the Omni Hotel from 3:30 -7:00. Starting to plan
the MLK event for January 21 and it will be a collaborative event with Senior
Companion program. Mrs. Ramirez advise committee that at next meeting we would
discuss any possible changes to bylaws. Anne Bauman suggested to contact NY Life
Insurance regarding some picture id with emergency contacts and maybe they can be a
emergency partner at MLK event.
Old Busitiess: None to discuss, first quorum meeting of the year.
Adiournment•
There being no further business, Anne Bauman moved and Dale Berry seconded
adjournment of the meeting at 3:48 p.m.
