MARCH 7, 2013
The meeting was called to order at 3:09 pm by Terri Santoya, RSVP Community Service
Officer. A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call:
Roll call was conducted and members present were Dale Berry, Stephen Isenhour, Abel
Sanchez and Anne Bauman. Committee members not present was Sylvia Portales,
Maggie Ramsey and Mary Helen Salazar.
Approval of Minutes: Jan. 10, 2013: Anne Bauman made a motion to approve the
minutes and Dale Berry second the motion.
New Business: Committee reviewed and approved calendar of meeting dates. They
selected the July 4, 2013 holiday as a non - meeting month. Anne Bauman made the
motion to approve no meeting in July and Stephen Isenhour second the motion. Motion
was voted and passed.. Terri Santoya informed the committee that sub - committee's
will need to be formed at next meeting to assist in recruitment, fundraising, planning
and program enhancements.
Old Business: On April 25 our annual RSVP awards and recognition luncheon will be
held at the Solomon Ortiz center. RSVP and SCP will co -host a spring picnic on Monday,
May G, 2013 at Hertiage Park. RSVP and SCP will also join together for a night of Hooks
baseball on Tuesday, May 14. All board members are encouraged to attend these events.
Adiournment:
There being no further business, Abel Sanchez moved and Anne Bauman second
to adjourn the meeting at 3:42p.m. .
