RSVP ADVISORY COMMITTEE 6 2013

The meeting was called to order at 3:09 pm by Terri Santoya,RSVP Community Service
Officer. A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call: -
Roll call was conducted and members present were Anne Bauman, Stephen Isenhour,
Abel Sanchez and Sylvia Portales. Committee members not present was Dale Berry,
Maggie Ramsey and Mary Helen Salazar.
Approval of Minutes: March 7.2013;, Stephen Isenhour made a motion to approve the
minutes and Sylvia Portales second the motion.
New Business: Anne Bauman and Stephen Isenhour spoke of setting up a table at the
First Saturday event which is held at the T-Head as a recruitment tool. Stephen Isenhour
also suggested recruiting volunteers on Craig's list.
Old Business: Terri Santoya encouraged the board to attend the Awards Banquet, RSVP
and SCP spring picnic and Hooks baseball game. All events are free for board members
but guests will pay$5.00 per person.
Adiournment•
There being no further business, Sylvia Portales moved and Abel Sanchez second
to adjourn the meeting at 3:35 p.m.
