MINUTES
December 11, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 3:09 pm by Ericka Maldonado, Interim RSVP
Director. A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call:
Present members: Anne Bauman, Dale D. Berry, Renee Hundley Sylvia Portales,
members Judy Loverde and Abel Sanchez were not present.
Approval of Minutes: April, 2013:
Dale Berry made a motion to approve the minutes and Anne Bauman second the motion.
New Business:
Welcome our new Board Member Renee Hundley
Fundraisers- Book Gala...may or may not take place
Holiday Event will be December 17, 2014- Holiday gifts were donated by H-E-B ($10.00
Gift cards for all volunteers and companions. We will ask H-E-B again next year for
another donation for Holiday gifts. Michaels and Sylvia Portales and Renee Hundley's
Community Opt. and Dale Berry will be donating Door Prizes.
Press Release was sent out about the donation from H-E-B
Recruiting Ideas-TV KIII, 1440 Jim Lago, Coffee Talk—Renee Hundley will ask a
member from there Mr. Rosas about speaking during their next meeting. Hispanic
Chamber
Old Business:
We moved to Sidbury
October 30, 2014- Halloween Event at Heritage Park
Sept 12-14th Home and Garden Expo
Adiournment:
There being no further business, Sylvia Portales moved and Dale Berry second to adjourn
the meeting at 4:10 p.m.
