MINUTES
March 5, 2015
The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm by Ericka Maldonado, Interim RSVP
Director. A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call:
Present members: Anne Bauman, Dale D. Berry, Renee Hundley, and Sylvia Portales,
members Abel Sanchez were not present.
Annroval of Minutes: December 2014:
Renee Hundley made a motion to approve the minutes and Anne Bauman second the
motion.
New Business:
Mayors Day of Recognition April 7`h- RSVP volunteers need to meet in the council
chambers-only about 20 should attend
Need to pick 2 places where council members can attend to see the work RSVP does- VA
clinic and Greenwood Senior Center were picked based on Number of volunteers and
hours
Fundraiser- book Event—we will sell seats and the table can be decorated to match the
book
Door Prizes and Sponsorship- Sylvia and Renee said they would look in to that- Renee
and Sylvia- will get sponsors for 2 tables. ,., to help RSVP and SCP raise money for their
programs.
Recognition Events will be April 29t'-
Adjournment:
There being no further business, Sylvia Portales moved and Renee Hundley second to
adjourn the meeting at 3:53 p.m.
