The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm by Ericka Maldonado, Interim RSVP
Director. A quorum of members was present.
Roll Call:
Present members: Anne Bauman, Abel Sanchez, Renee Hundley, and Sylvia Portales.
Dale Berry did not attend
Approval of Minute: March:
Anne Bauman made a motion to approve the minutes and Sylvia Portales second the
motion.
New Business:
Health Fair, Getting gift cards for Del Mar Health Fair, RSVP SCP fundraiser, state visit,
voted in New Members
Adiournment:
Adjourn the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
