January 17, 2019
The meeting was called to order at loam by Renee Hundley.
Roll Call:
Present members: Renee Hundley and Sylvia Portales
• April 2017 minutes were approved by Renee Hundley and second by Sylvia
Portales
Business:
• Board discussed and approved to move forward with all the applications on file to
update the current advisory committee and members
• Board members discussed recruiting new members
• Board discussed the positive impact RSVP has on the community
• Board member Sylvia Portales suggested time change for meetings Sylvia
Portales agreed and l 0:00am meeting time was suggested because it is easier to
meet
Directors Report
• Ericka Maldonado discussed volunteers and hours served for Grant year 17-18
• Projects and volunteer opportunities for Grant year 18-19
• MLK Day of Service Project to be held January 21, 2019
