The meeting was called to order at l Oam by Renee Hundley.
Roles
Present members: Renee Hundley and Sylvia Portales
• January minutes were approved by Renee Hundley and second by Sylvia Portales
Business:
• Advisory Board will go to council February 12th
• MLK Day of Service was a success
o Catholic Charity Rebuild Hurricane Harvey
• March 28`h- Picnic
o Entertainment
o Door Prizes- Sylvia Portales will donate a door prize
o Look for sponsors
• National Day of Recognition April 2"d, 2019
• Recognition Event May 16`h, 2019
Directors Report
• Ericka Maldonado discussed volunteers and hours served for Grant year 17-18
• Projects and volunteer opportunities for Grant year 18-19
• MLK Day of Service Project to be held January 21, 2019
