Isabel Odeh will ask Veronica to submit minutes from the April meeting. Corrected minutes from January will be forwarded to Linda.
New Business
A. Recognition event was a great success
B. Companion of the year award
C. Update May 16tn RSVP recognition and training coming up. Senior Companion Director position will be filled by June. Henry Lara
to take over programs.
D. Fundraisers Budget- tabled until the next meeting.
E. Review Committee Applicants. Linda will contact City Secretary for the new applicants. Board will make a recommendation to the
Council. Lisa Oliver reports the members of the Senior Companion Advisory Committee and their terms.

Grant was submitted and now awaiting approval. Question by Tammy: Are meetings supposed to be recorded? Lisa Oliver states it
would help with the meeting minutes.
Plans are in the works for another Casino Night Event. Senior Pageant normally help in June is moved to a September date.
Senior Services are hard to find on the website. Suggestion from Tammy to make a quick link to the Senior Services.
