Approval of Minutes
Motion from Christine to approve minutes, Gloria seconds, Motion carries to approve of minutes from May 2019
Old Business
A. Review of Agendas and Minutes for November 2018, January and April 2019, - Jeannine motions to approve minutes from the April 2019
Meeting. Jeannine motions that we move forward on the November minutes, Veronica seconds, motion carries.
B. Report on Money/Budget from previous fundraiser. - Fundraiser collected 9,545.52 went into PALS account.
C. Review new Committee applicants, - Nominations of new applicants; Linda Alonzo- Nurses on Wheels, Betsey Miller- River City Home Care,
Sandra Perez- Save Home Health. Linda Alonzo and Betsy Miller are being considered and their names will be sent to City Council.
New Business
Nominations for Officers for the new year. Isabel moves that Jeannine and Lidia be co-chairs with Jeannine having the main responsibility and Lidia as
back up. Christine seconds motion carries. Isabel volunteers to take minutes and Lidia will be back up. Jeannine motions that Isabel be the Minute taker
with Lidia as back up Veronica seconds. Motion carries,
Program Update
Linda will be gone to SCP and RSVP programs conference the 18'1'-2151 in Colorado New Superintendent over programs. New superintendent over
program services is Henry Lara. Norma from City Secretary asked for attendance and everything looks good. New Fiscal Year starts July 1. June 11,11
appointments/reappointments of Isabel and Gloria. This is meeting is Veronica Marcelos last meeting.
Next Meeting
Next meeting is set for July 1011i 11:30 at the Viera Senior Living.
